Overview
Aboriginal Spirituality generally involves an Animistic point of view. The world is full of objects and creatures that are closely tied to the spiritual world. This means that there are spiritual beings all around us that we should be able to interact with and ask for help or guidance. These spirits usually appear in some sort of animal form, but could also be in the rocks, trees, etc., always closely tied to the natural world. Most of the teachings of Aboriginal Spirituality therefore stress working and living in harmony with Nature.
