Unit Project: Personalized Meal Planning
As an important part of our unit on Nutrition and good eating practices, all students will be required to create a two week menu plan which gives them a variety of healthy meals. Students can use the supplied form to fill in their plans and calculate their food servings as based on Canada's Food Guide.
